All-Star Carpet Cleaning uses a hot water extraction process to clean your carpets. This method is often called "Steam Cleaning." This is the cleaning method nearly all carpet manufacturers and carpet fiber producers recommend.
Our procedures are as follows:

•Pretreatment -All carpets are pre-treated with special agents that breakdown and suspend the more highly soiled areas for easier removal.
•Agitation -This is necessary to allow for even distribution of the treatment and breakdown of stains and soiling.
•Rinse -The final step, we will steam clean and rinse out the stains and soiling with a special rinse which ensures that no soap residue remains and you carpets are left feeling soft.
•Furniture Moving - Most furniture moved and replaced upon request and within reason. Furniture blocks and tabs are also provided with NO EXTRA CHARGE.
